1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to bossku, an online gaming platform built exclusively for Malaysian players. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and bossku ("We", "Company").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Bossku platform — whether via the website or any mobile device — you hereby confirm that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

2 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the bossku platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Being an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Do not reside in any region or country where participation in online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Have never been banned or suspended from the bossku platform previously for any reason.

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Bossku at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses without any compensation.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 3 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

• Bossku does not cover any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.
• Any deposit made by a third party on behalf of a member is prohibited and subject to further investigation.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account that has been registered and verified in the member's own name.
• The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes work.
• Bossku reserves the right to request additional documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or unregistered accounts are strictly prohibited.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Disclaimer of Liability

• Bossku is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes are entirely the member's personal risk.
• Bossku is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages suffered by members.
• Bossku's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made within the 30 days prior to the claim.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Bossku reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Evidence or proof of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure request by the member for personal reasons or responsible gaming purposes.
• Account inactivity for the stipulated period.

Voluntary Closure

Members who wish to close their own account may contact the Bossku support team via 24/7 live chat. Valid remaining funds will be returned to the registered bank account once identity verification is complete, provided there are no outstanding term violations.
